It has been raining heavily for quite a while now and as I look on from my window, it just occurred to me that maybe the rain is washing away the traces of yesterday, washing away the bad memories and past mistakes in time for the new year, allowing the air to be fresh and clean in preparation for tomorrow.

It also makes me sad because this year showed me a lot of things that I've never expected to see/go through and in a way, I've lost little parts of me but that's okay I guess because I've to grow up sooner or later - and these were meant to be lessons I've to learn.

So anyway, 2012 has been a great year. Despite many downs, and bad results, I had many good times as well. Though sometimes I let my failures and shortcomings get to me, I won't give up hope. I hope in the coming year I'd be a better person; a better friend; a better daughter.
